We are one of the leading private crew management and manning company in INDIA. Our main activities are crew management with full or partial INDIAN crew. We also supply crew on "just-one" basis.

We provide shipowners and ship managers with quality personnel management services tailored specifically to customers' requirements. SASM established by our Managing Director  and performs crewing activities either in whole or in part for a vast number of well known and reputable names throughout the international shipping industry.

Our aim is to provide a quality service where our customers have total confidence in our ability to manage the human resources that we are responsible for on their behalf, leaving them the freedom to concentrate on the other aspects of ship operation, management and ownership.

We offer various crew management packages. Each is made up specifically to our customers' needs. We can, for example, supply Officers and leaving Ratings to be managed under our customers' direct control, or we can take full responsibility for the entire crew. In all cases, we work very closely with you maintaining close contact so that a solid relationship is built up.

We do supply crew for all types / sizes of vessels.

Our crew are of top quality, all English speaking. We are executing our business following highest world standards. All our crews are STCW certified holding all required licenses and additional licenses for respective type of vessels.
